We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. In such instances, we facilitate a clear and efficient return and refund process in accordance with the following terms:
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product that does not align with your original order, we are committed to promptly replacing it with the correct item at no additional cost. Before using the product, kindly contact our dedicated Customer Service Team. They will assist you through the seamless product replacement process. For products that are not damaged or defective, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to these terms. The return process for products purchased through Wellnexonline is subject to our discretion and may vary based on the product's nature and category.
To initiate a return, please notify us of any damaged or defective product(s) within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Returned products must be in their original condition, including intact hygienic seals. Used or opened products, unless required by law, will not be eligible for replacement. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, and invoices. We recommend securely packaging the return to prevent further damage during transit. Contact our Customer Service Team to schedule the collection of your return. Our designated driver or shipping partner will facilitate the return process. Upon receipt, the return will undergo inspection to determine its acceptability.
Once an acceptable basis for the return is confirmed, at our discretion, and upon receiving the product at Wellnexonline, the refund process will commence based on the payment mode of the order. Cash payments will be refunded within one day, while credit/debit card payments will be credited back within 15 working days. Please note, any delay in refund due to banking processes is beyond our responsibility. For other payment modes, refunds will be issued via a cheque made payable to the person mentioned on our invoice within 7 working days of the provided order details.
These terms govern the return and refund process for products purchased through Wellnexonline. By engaging in transactions with us, you agree to adhere to these policies.
All items purchased during the clearance sale are final sale. There will be no returns or refunds on these items.
