How it works

Delivery to your address

When an order is placed, it is shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Orders are shipped through our courier service, and our delivery partner may contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability.

For UAE orders, delivery is processed on a next-day delivery basis. If our delivery partner is unable to deliver for any reason, they will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Wellnex Online will not bear responsibility for non-delivery, delays, or returns caused by customs restrictions, unpaid customs charges, incomplete information, or import limitations in the destination country.
