1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damageddefective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wellnexonline.com
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Your request includes your order numberphotos of the item, and photos of the packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable UAE consumer protection law.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used personal care, skincare, or hygiene products
  • Supplements and vitamins once opened
  • Baby care products once opened
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@wellnexonline.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Use the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
  3. Include clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item and its packaging
  4. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps

Do not return any item without prior written approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If you paid by cash on delivery, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer within 7–10 business days

5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@wellnexonline.com within 7 days of delivery.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@wellnexonline.com with your order number
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process above once it is delivered

7. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and any available photos or delivery confirmation details
  • We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate
