Description:
This is probably the simplest way of checking your body fat, body weight and BMI. The BF214 will also give you readings on skeletal muscle for a complete overview of your body composition and it will even remember your previous measurement. It makes everything so much easier.

How to use:
- After starting or preparation
- Setup measurement units
- Set personal data (P- = Guest mode will not be saved, P1-P4 = Personal profile number
- Body analysis (Always take your measurements barefoot)
- Switch off (press for more than 3 seconds, auto off after 3 minutes)
- Viewing the last measurement results (When using the guest mode, measurement results are not stored)
